I haven't seen this type of thread around here so I guess I'll start.

Just list the dealer name where you've had great experience from when you had your car serviced there for any reason.

L & J Auto Brokers Auto Mall , Greenbrook NJ

their sales dept. sucks but their service dept. is great. Had my car in their twice now and both times, they were friendly and did only what I asked them to do. They also gave me a discount for some reason  Highly recommend them.

I have had some pretty good experiences with them. I would say they are one of the better service departments in south jersey. Carlo is the service manager and he is a great guy. he helped me out in any way he could and he was straight with you. I liked how there was no bullshit. The other guy that works there, however, isnt as lenient but still a good guy. They were timely with their phone calls and always updating me with what ever they found.

They did mess up and put the wrong tires on my car, but they stepped up quickly to make it right. They couldn't get the tire I really wanted (national backorder), so they gave me a loaner and told me to call them in the morning once I picked a new tire. Tire guy was really knowledgable, everyone was super friendly.
I've also heard nothing but good things from everyone else that's been there.

Just picked my car up from L & J Auto Brokers Mazda after a service. They scratched my wheels when they put a socket that was too big. I pointed it out and they told me they'd take care of it free of charge. I brought my car in yesterday but the guy that refinishes wheels for them was not in. They put me in a loaner instead of having me wait. I didn't even buy the car from them and they gave me a loaner, thats just awesome. They called me and said it was done around 4 but they wanted the paint to fully cure so asked me to pick it up next morning. Came in and found that they also took care of the nasty curb rash I had on one wheel. Didn't charge me anything and had me on my way. GREAT service. Go to Victor Rodriguez for service if you do go. That guy has been great to deal with.

BTW the loaner was a 2011 Toyota Prius haha I missed my MZ3 the second I drove away in the Prius, was sooooo glad to get back into my MZ3 this morning.
